Jacksons Landing is one of the most ambitious urban waterfront redevelopments ever undertaken in Australia and delivers a village-style community complete with residential, leisure and commercial precincts.
The original Lend Lease website was little more than an online brochure listing the developments both past and present at Jacksons Landing and compared to competitor websites it was an extremely ineffective communication tool.
Lend Lease engaged Gruden to revitalise the core design and create a compelling, dynamic and persuasive marketing medium that would generate excitement and interest in the brand and its associated projects.
Gruden worked closely with a third party branding agency and the onsite marketing team supplying a range of services from sitemap production, copywriting support to creative design and flash production.
Big, bold imagery was used to symbolise the abundance of open spaces within the Jacksons Landing developments and the core concept of "Your Time, Your Place" was brought to life through an alluring, character based homepage flash feature.
Gruden also created a stylish and colourful marketing sub site for an additional Jacksons Landing development called evolve*. The design inherited elements from the key brand to ensure consistency as well embracing the unique characteristics of the evolve* project - fantastic physical location and unexpected luxury.
